- Shipping & Delivery
- We ship 1st class mail within two working days of receiving cleared payment. We ship from Massachusetts, and transit time at the post office depends on your proximity to us. If you're in MA, you could receive your new piece within three days, however, if you're in San Diego, it may be a week and a half. If you are anxious about shipping times, please email us when you place your order, and we will do our very best to accommodate. If you pay for express or priority mail, we will work under the assumption that you are in a hurry and take appropriate steps.
- We do ship internationally, to anywhere in the world. Because of customs, we are required to actually deliver packages to the post office, rather than giving them to our normal pickup. This will sometimes take a few days- if you are in a hurry, please mention this at the time of your order! We will be sure to get your package into the mail on the following day. It does take longer to ship internationally, please keep this in mind when ordering. On rare instances, packages can stay in customs for up to two weeks.
- We ship everything in well padded mailers- either a box or an envelope, depending on your order. Everything will arrive at your door in a gift ready state!
- Privacy & Security
- Your Privacy is VERY important to us. We will never share your email address, and we protect your payment information at the highest level possible.
- Returns & Replacements
- We want you to be happy with your pieces- if they don't fit or aren't comfortable, you won't wear them. Please let us know right away when you receive your pieces if they are for some reason not right for you (or for the recipient, if it was a present). After you've sent us an email, just put the piece back in the box it came in, or something equally secure, and mail it back to us at the address below. You will be credited for the cost of the piece.

- Your shopping cart will remember anything you add to it- this allows you to keep track of the pieces you love and really want- but don't feel like paying for at the moment. If the item sells, it will disappear from your basket.
- Payment
- We accept Visa and Mastercard. Debit cards backed by either of these will also work fine- if it has the logo on it, we take it.
- Viewing Orders
- Sign in to your account, and there will be an option to look at your orders. From there you will be able to check on the shipping status.
- Updating Account Information
- Just sign in to your account, and you will be able to change your email address, add shipping addresses, and change your subscription status
- Custom Work
- Timing on custom pieces can vary a great deal with the season, please contact us for current turn around time. Pricing is whatever the bracelet would have cost, plus ten dollars as a custom fee. I like to get an idea of which bracelets you like, and why, and, if you so desire, you can give me a sortof "theme" to work from. I have had folks give me a word, a phrase, an idea, etc. Everything is abstract, but I want your bracelet to fit your personality, as well as your wrist. Custom etched words are much simpler and listed on the website
